Jake graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Jake’s passion as an osteopath beganthrough his early teens as a result of suffering various sporting injuries and receiving effective osteopathic treatment to help manage them. Jake has always had a keen interest in guiding his patients through the management of their injuries and pains and prides himself on tailoring individual treatment and management plans to have his patients able to function to the best of their ability.
He has a strong interest in treating a wide variety of conditions and presentations ranging from sporting injuries to neck and back pain and headaches as well as treating patients from all walks of life presenting with both acute or chronic conditions.
Jake is a highly personable and enthusiastic practitioner who prides himself on building strong relationships with patients and watching them get back to doing what they love. Jake uses a direct and holistic hands on approach and uses a wide range of techniques and management strategies to achieve the best results for each individual patient. Jake has completed further training in EMS shockwave therapy, myofascial dry needling, taping and exercise rehabilitation and regularly incorporates these modalities into his treatment.
Outside of osteopathy, Jake enjoys watching and playing a wide range of sports, keeping active and socializing and going out with friends and family.
