Dr. Claire Reed

Claire completed her Osteopathic studies at the end of 2017, graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science & Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Over this time, she has developed a passion for a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. She has furthered her studies with dry needling, cupping and taping, which she occasionally incorporates into her tailored treatments.

She spent 4 weeks in India, treating patients at the SportsMed Orthopaedic hospital in Mumbai and the general SMRC hospital in Goa, where she developed an interest in knee and shoulder injuries. Here she worked with patients before and after their operations and was able to sit in and observe knee reconstruction surgeries.

Claire treats a range of conditions such as muscle strains, back pain and repetitive injuries. She has a particular interest in shoulder injuries, TMJ complaints and headaches and aims to further her studies in women’s health, pregnancy and paediatrics.

When she is not treating, Claire enjoys exploring Melbourne’s multicultural cuisines as well as trying her hand in the kitchen or at the pottery wheel!

Claire is a registered practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of Osteopathy Australia.
