Dr Tina Maio
B.App Sc (P.E) B.Sc (Clin. Sc) M.H.Sc (Osteopathy)

Tina is an Australian qualified Osteopath with a background in Physical Education, who graduated from Victoria University in 1999.  She works closely with elite and professional athletes at an international level including Australia's leading golfers, with her current stable of players on the US PGA Tour, Nationwide Tour, European Tour, One Asia Tour, Japanese Tour and PGA and LPGA. Tina’s experience includes working with triathlon, AFL, soccer and tennis, where she can help athletes and people from all walks of life achieve their personal best. From assessment, treatment, restoring function and improving efficiency of movement, Tina works closely with coaches and trainers to achieve the best outcome for her patients.

Tina is thorough in her examination and diagnosis of musculoskeletal conditions. She has particular interest in prescribing exercises to overcome injuries and to rectify imbalances caused by poor posture and bad habits. Tina is also a Functional Performance Specialist, recognised by NIKE and the Gray Institute, which encourages a holistic and logical approach to treatment.

Most of all Tina enjoys working with a cross section of people from all walks of life and the challenge that each of them bring. As a mum she relates well to children and teenagers and is passionate about getting people back to doing what they enjoy.  

Dr Carmen Marom
B.App.Sci(Comp Med), M.Osteopathy

Carmen completed her Master of Osteopathy at RMIT in 2010, and continues to attend professional development courses each year which have covered skills such as dry needling, various forms of taping, shockwave therapy and range of other osteopathic techniques. 

She is passionate in working with a wide variety of people and has fostered a particular interest in treating musicians and performers. She has found there is a tendency in this group to ignore or push through injuries or pain as it's "just part of the job". With treatment and education musicians, much like sportspeople, can increase their efficiency of movement to then perform comfortably, leading to a much more sustainable career. Carmen also welcomes and enjoys working with members of the LGBTIQ+ and gender diverse communities.

She is a registered practitioner with AHPRA, Osteopathy Australia and the Australian Society for Performing Arts Healthcare.

Dr Adam Matthews
B. App. Sci (Comp Med) M. Osteopathy

Adam graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Osteopathy in 2012.  Since completing his five years of study, Adam is continually broadening his Osteopathic scope and keeping up to date through participating in courses and attending lectures and seminars.  

Adam enjoys working with a variety of people, from athletes and weekend warriors with sports related injuries; to office workers and tradesmen with postural and repetitive strain injuries.  Adam uses a range of hands on techniques and management strategies to address acute and chronic conditions and he takes great pride in seeing the positive effect Osteopathy has on an individuals health and well being.

Outside of the clinic Adam enjoys skiing, playing basketball, water polo and walking his dog Luna.  He is also a self confessed Hawthorn, Chelsea and Boston Celtics tragic.

Adam is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of Osteopathy Australia.

Dr Melissa Rossetti
B. App. Sci (Comp Med) M. Osteopathy

Melissa graduated from her mAster's degree in Osteopathy in 2011 and is passionate about the benefits that this holistic approach to healing can provide for all age groups and many conditions.  Melissa treats a variety of patient complaints and is particularly interested in women and children's well being and visceral health, in which she has expanded her expertise with further study over the past few years.  She believes wholly in the support of the organ system and its connections in the human body to obtain optimal health no matter what age you are.  

Melissa is also able to assist in easing your pain during pregnancy and helps treat common issues seen in infants and children.  Your health is important to Melissa and her aim for every individual is to achieve their personal goals, whether it is recovery from injury or optimising you and your families general well being.

Dr Sara Polastri
B.AppSc (Comp Med), M.Osteo

After completing her degree at RMIT, Sara has worked at multiple clinics throughout Victoria and Queensland. This has allowed her to broaden her knowledge and treatment style. Sara has also completed her Cert IV Mat Pilates course and finds it very useful for rehabilitation exercises for patients.

Sara’s professionalism and friendly nature enables her to treat each individual in a unique manner, ensuring the best results for all her patients. While providing thorough diagnosis and examination she is able to treat and prescribe a range of exercises in order to help manage a patient’s pain.

She enjoys treating a range of complaints ranging from acute low back/neck pain, TMJ pain and headaches.Sara has a keen interest in women’s health and pelvic conditions such endometriosis.

She uses a varied technique approach to treatment including: soft tissue, massage, stretching, mobilisation and articulation; tailoring every treatment for each patient.

Sara hopes to someday return to university to study Acupuncture to complement her Osteopathy treatment. 

Dr Jarrod Testa
M.H.Sci (Osteo), B.Sci (Clin), B.Ex.Sc, S&C, PT

Jarrod Testa is an Osteopath who studied at Victoria University. Prior to that, Jarrod completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Australian Catholic University, and is a qualified personal trainer.

 Jarrod has a strong interest in treating recreational gym enthusiasts, powerlifters, olympic lifters and any field based athlete. Jarrod also enjoys treating the everyday person, via a hands on, direct approach.

Jarrod is committed to further education, and in his spare time you will either find him at the gym, with his mates or furthering his knowledge at various short courses.

Jarrod understands how frustrating it is to be injured/ and or in pain, and treats all of his patients like athletes, wanting to return to sport. He values the importance of returning patients to whatever activity they may choose to participate in, whether that be competitive, recreational, or just being pain free in everyday life. 

Jarrod is currently available Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Dr Matija Biskic
B.App. Sci (Comp Med) M. Osteopathy

Dr. Matija Biskic grew up in Melbourne where he studied for five years at RMIT University completing his Master’s degree of Osteopathy in 2012. Matija was introduced to osteopathy from a young age regularly receiving treatments from his family osteopath. As such, he has seen first-hand the major positives osteopathic treatment can have on a person's life. He was intrigued by the professions principles in treating everyday complaints.

Matija enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions that can greatly improve the health and wellbeing of his patients. He uses an array of techniques specific to each individual’s needs. Having spent the majority of his life playing sport and gaining experience working with various sporting clubs, Matija has developed a keen interest in sports-related injuries, prevention as well as appropriate rehabilitation. Matija continues to enjoy learning and applying his skills in treating musculoskeletal conditions whether acute or chronic in nature

Matija maintains an active lifestyle outside of work and regularly participates in soccer, golf while also enjoying catching up with friends and a good coffee

Dr Drew Blatchford
B.App. Sci (Comp Med) M. Osteopathy

Dr. Drew Blatchford is a fully qualified and registered Osteopath and member of the Australian Osteopathic Association.

Drew’s background is in sports science having completed a bachelor’s degree in Manchester, England. During this period he attended the National cricket academy as part of the Sports Science support to England’s opening batswomen.   Drew also spent time working on the biomechanical analysis of the Golf swing and the fast bowlers action in Cricket.  Drew has also interspersed his work in Osteopathy with research in the field of cycling.  Focused on the set up position of cyclists and it’s affect on cycling economy, muscle recruitment, muscle force and contraction velocity as well as changes to joint range of movement.

Drew completed his Osteopathic studies in Melbourne during which time he continued his interest in Sports rehabilitation by attending Sports medicine Australia conferences and seminars. Since 2010 he has helped run a sports injury clinic advising multiple teams of the Eastern Football league.  During the 2011 season Drew was team Osteopath for Boronia Football club.  Drew has worked with many high level athletes including Ironman competitors, National level sprinters, Netballers and several dance professionals including Ballet, contemporary and Hip Hop.

Drew treats all types of conditions from foot pain to neck pain and headaches, but has a particular interest in Knee pain.  He is about to further his education by gaining certification in Functional movement systems.  Drew is qualified in Dry needling and certified level 2 Kinesio tape practitioner.

In his spare time Drew races mountain bikes, having raced in Greece, North America, New Zealand and the UK. Currently he enjoys competing in Australia at state and National level. He also enjoys snowboarding, playing golf and going to the gym regularly.

Dr. Christina Tziros
B. Health. Sc. B. App. Sc (Osteopathy)

Christina graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy).  With a  professional and friendly nature, Christina enjoys working with patients of all ages and treating a range of acute and chronic conditions.  She has a special interest in back and neck pain, postural issues, repetitive strain injuries and sporting injuries.

Christina uses an array of hands on techniques and management strategies specific to each individual's needs.  She has completed courses in myofascial dry needling, cupping and radial shockwave therapy and integrates those skills within her treatment.

She takes great pride in seeing the positive effect osteopathy has on improving the health and wellbeing of her patients. Christina is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of Osteopathy Australia.




Dr. Claire Reed
B. Health. Sc. B. App. Sc (Osteopathy)

Claire completed her Osteopathic studies at the end of 2017, graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science & Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Over this time, she has developed a passion for a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. She has furthered her studies with dry needling, cupping and taping, which she occasionally incorporates into her tailored treatments.  

She spent 4 weeks in India, treating patients at the SportsMed Orthopaedic hospital in Mumbai and the general SMRC hospital in Goa, where she developed an interest in knee and shoulder injuries. Here she worked with patients before and after their operations and was able to sit in and observe knee reconstruction surgeries.

Claire treats a range of conditions such as muscle strains, back pain and repetitive injuries. She has a particular interest in shoulder injuries, TMJ complaints and headaches and aims to further her studies in women’s health, pregnancy and paediatrics.

When she is not treating, Claire enjoys exploring Melbourne’s multicultural cuisines as well as trying her hand in the kitchen or at the pottery wheel!
